What is your Exchange and Return Policy?
All items are sold as final sale, so we are unable to accept exchange or return requests. We recommend reviewing size charts for best fit options.
Can I Exchange Sizes at the Event?
We are unable to guarantee size exchanges on-site due to limited merchandise availability. We strongly recommend reviewing size charts for best fit options. Exchanges for a different size of the same item are allowed if inventory permits. All sales are final with no refunds or credits.
How can I make sure to purchase the correct size?
We want to make sure all fans can find merchandise they feel confident in. Our apparel selection typically includes a wide range of sizes—from XS to 3XL—depending on the specific item. To help you find your best fit, we highly recommend checking our Size Charts linked under applicable items before placing your order. These charts provide detailed measurements and fit notes to ensure you feel comfortable in your purchase.
Can I have my Items shipped before the Event?
Pre-Sale merchandise orders are only available for pickup at the event for 2026 ticket holders.

How long do I have to wait for my order to ship after completing the purchase?
Current order processing times are 5-8 business days. Estimated shipping times are in addition to order processing times. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
When buying an order for Birthday/Holiday gifts or other time sensitive events, we recommend placing your order at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure it is processed and delivered in a timely manner.
If an item is being sold as Pre-Order for event pick up, it will be clearly noted in the product’s description. Pre-order items are only available to 2026 package holders.
What’s the difference between “Processing” and “In-Transit”?

Processing is when an item is still in our warehouse, either on the shelf, or in the process of being picked and packed.

In-Transit is when an item is in a package and in the hands of a mail carrier.
Once shipped, when can I expect my order?
Domestic Shipping (USA Only): Tracking is available for all orders and you'll receive tracking information via email within 1 business day of your shipment (after our 5-8 business day processing time unless otherwise specified).
Do You Offer International Shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our merchandise is available exclusively for delivery within the United States. We understand that this may be disappointing for our international fans and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
Tracking: Where is my Order?
Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout as soon as your package is shipped. Shipping time is usually 3-10 business days, but this may fluctuate due to conditions outside of our control, we recommend that you keep an eye on the tracking ID sent to your inbox!
If you have not received a tracking email, your order is likely still processing and has not yet shipped. Our standard order processing time is typically 5-8 business days from your purchase. Since every order is unique these times may vary, but if you still have not received an email after this time frame, we invite you to contact our Guest Services team, we will be happy to assist!
Package Undeliverable - Options
If we ship a package to your address and it is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect name or address by the carrier, or if the package is refused upon delivery, no refund can be offered, but we will happily re-ship for a flat rate of $10. Please reach out to our Guest Services team in order to request a re-ship of your order.
